Welcome to Pine Haven, a three bedroom, two bath chalet located on a quiet, private lot just off of Route 27. Only 15 minutes from Sugarloaf, it is the perfect place for your next ski trip, retreat, outdoor adventure, or simple break from the world. The airy living room features an oversized dining table, OLED TV with surround sound, and a wood stove. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances and all the equipment you need to cook a full meal. Enjoy the morning light on the expansive deck with a coffee in hand from the provided Keurig. The modern mini-split system will keep you warm or cool with just the press of a few buttons. And if you want to get extra toasty, you can use the wood supply on premises to build a fire in the wood stove.
The basement features a second living room with another OLED TV, perfect for keeping the kids entertained. The large mud room provides plenty of space to store your gear and get suited up for the day’s outdoor activities. There is also a dedicated office in the basement with a desk, chair, and monitor provided. Between that and the strong wifi with gigabit fiber internet, it’s an ideal setup for remote work!
Three bedrooms each equipped with queen beds. There are 2 additional queen pullout sleepers, one located in the basement and one located in the living room on the main floor.
Main entrance to the property is through the basement doors. Through the partially finished basement, you will take stairs up to the main floor area where the 3 bedrooms, kitchen and living room are located.
Our property is not suitable for people with disabilities as the main floor can only be accessible by stairs.
